ORDERING DETAILS
The website is updated annually prior to Christmas with new bush rose varieties added for the forthcoming season. The
bush roses will be despatched and will be sent carefully
packaged in straw in multi-walled bags and couriered to your door.
We can promise to supply, subject to crop, all varieties that you
order. At this time we will send you a confirmation
of your order and you will be asked for payment. A Credit card
number or cheque. Cheques will be held and payment will not be
debited until despatch date. All orders are despatched in order
of receipt.
Due to the high cost of processing small orders a $5 surcharge is
payable on all orders of three plants or less.

All the winter bush and standard roses are despatched bare root, packaged from June 2013 until mid-August 2013
From mid-August 2013 until end December 2013 we have a limited range of potted bush roses available from our garden centre which incur an additional freight
charge in some circumstances. We confirm availability and any
additional charges of all orders during this period - prior to
despatch.
DELIVERY
Roses are delivered by Fastways Couriers.
Charges North Island $15. South Island $20 for all bush roses.
Rural Delivery in any area an additional $5 per order.
Freight charges for Standard Roses will be confirmed on receipt of order.
PAYMENT DETAILS - 2013 ORDERS
We invite you to order your 2013 roses now. However as we are in the process of upgrading our website, the payment process
will be by submission of an invoice with payment instructions included.
SPECIAL DISCOUNT
A quantity discount of 7.5% on all orders of $275 or more on bush roses and $375 on standard roses.
A quantity discount of 7.5% per plant for 10 or more of one variety.
FREE INSTRUCTIONS
Every customer will receive with their
rose order, comprehensive instructions for the care and attention
of roses. All advice needed on planting, pruning, feeding and
spraying will be given.
GUARANTEE
Matthews Nurseries Ltd will replace free of charge or credit in
full, any plants that fail to grow, providing proper care and
attention has been given by the customer. Please note: failure
to carefully
follow the cultural instructions given will render this guarantee
invalid. The guarantee is valid for three months following
receipt of plants.
